Tuakau Home Renovation
We worked closely with Kim at Design To Renovate on this renovation, handling the construction work and managing the sub-trades for a smooth process and happy client. We removed walls to make way for the scullery and opened up the kitchen to the dining, lounge and outdoor areas. The out-dated laundry was fitted with all new cabinetry, fittings and paint. New flooring and paint freshened up the home throughout the living spaces, kitchen and laundry areas.
Waiuku Home Renovation
We assisted our client through the consent process on this 200sqm renovation. A kitchenette and bathroom were added to the existing four-bedroom home, creating a self-contained living area separate from the rest of the home. We also upgraded the existing lounge, bathroom, and dining area and built a communal laundry in the garage that can be accessed from both living spaces of the home.
Waiuku Outdoor Entertainment Area
The client was looking for a covered deck area to enjoy entertaining all year round. We built a 45sqm Kwila deck, framed with a clad half-height wall to give privacy and protection from the weather. Macrocarpa was chosen for the exposed roof frame to give a rustic feel.
Waiuku Bathroom Renovation
We managed this 7.2 sqm renovation project from council consent through to completion. As part of the project, the subfloor was strengthened and piles added, existing cladding was removed and replaced, and floor and ceiling insulation added, along with double glazed Aluminium joinery.
What started as three separate rooms—bathroom, toilet, and shower—was converted into a separate toilet and bathroom with shower for a more spacious and comfortable feel. Ceiling-height tiles and quality cabinetry and fittings finished the new space off.
